** Below You’ll Find All The Terms and Info Of My Listings **~ Info ~
• Commissions will take a varied amount of time depending on their complexity, and my schedule.
• I will always keep you updated where I am on the Commission and, when I feel necessary, I will send you updated pictures. You may also request updates!
• I will also keep you updated when I may take a break and for how long that may be.
• Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in the commission being declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfil your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.- 🍃 Once You Have Commissioned 🍃 -
• Once you have paid I should already have visual reference for your request. After, you are welcome to message me with any extra information about a character, including their lore, personality, likes and dislikes, etc.- 🌷 Thumbnail Sketch 🌷 -
• After you have given me this information, the next step will be for me to create a Thumbnail Sketch. This will be a very basic drawing, just to get an idea of (depending on what you request) the pose and background.
• When this is complete, I will send you the Thumbnail Sketch and you can then either approve it or ask for changes !
• This process will be repeated until you have approved.~ Terms ~
• Commissions are for personal use only, but can be used as profile pictures/banners but not for profit.
• I own all rights to my work. Putting my work into any AI Engine is prohibited.
• I am allowed to post the artwork onto my social media platforms and add it into my personal portfolio unless requested otherwise.
• Prices listed are base prices and may go up or down depending on extra details and the commission’s complexity.
• I hold every right to decline a commission if I feel my skill level may not meet your requirements (the best way to check this is by contacting me before paying).
• I may also deny a commission if it falls under subject matter I will not draw.
• Reposting and sharing the artwork is fine, please just give credit to me
• In the event I feel that I cannot complete the commission, I can give a refund.
• If for any reason you need to cancel your commission after paying but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a complete refund.
• Please be kind and reasonable. Any aggressive/rude, or inappropriate behaviour against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission. Depending on the amount of work I have complete depends on if you will receive a refund.
• Once the artwork is complete, I will send one final check for your review. You may ask for a revision of the artwork (small changes) but I will not restart the piece if you change your mind.
• Once the finalised artwork is accepted, I will either email or message you (your preference) full res .png files of the work which will contain my signature in a small section of the artwork. This should not be cropped out if posting to social media.
